CALM REBEL: MEDITATION SESSIONS (Level One)

 

This is an amazing opportunity to dive into the self in a grounding group setting… each evening includes guided meditations, breath work and journalling.

Mindfulness and meditation provide much insight into and healing for our minds. Learn many tools to calm the inner storm. All levels are welcome (LEVEL 1 COURSE)- simply bring a curious mind about learning stress reduction techniques and how to shift thought patterns. You won’t regret taking this time for yourself!

CALM REBEL: MEDITATION WORKSHOP @ ONE YOGA FOR THE PEOPLE SEPT 26

 

 

Be a rebel and remain calm amidst the storms life throws at you. Turn the focus within in this grounding afternoon of meditation. We will relax the body and focus the mind with simple techniques, do some journalling and above all practice gentleness towards ourselves. Whether you have experience in meditation, or are new and curious about learning how to shift thought patterns and reduce stress in your life, you won’t regret taking this time for yourself. Another amazing opportunity to dive into the self and look at how the self operates and communicates in the world. In this grounding group setting we explore guided meditations, breath work and journalling. This course is a continuation of techniques learned with Carolyn in previous workshops – meaning more silence and more contemplation. Mindfulness and meditation provide much insight into and healing for our minds. Learn many tools to calm the inner storm and many ways to FACE all of the storms! You won’t regret taking this time for yourself!
